Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Covee.in, we aim to provide you with a pleasant shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to cancel or return your order. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below to understand how we handle these situations.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch:
    You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order has been processed (within 3 business days), it may no longer be possible to cancel, as the order will be in the process of shipment.   • After Dispatch:
    If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. However, you may return the product once it has been delivered by following our return process (detailed below).

2. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, you can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

    • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
    • You must raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on panties, underwear, or similar intimate wear
  • Return/Exchange Process:

    1. Contact us at coveee.in@gmail.com or 9911262232 to initiate a return or exchange request.
    2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and shipping details.
    3. Ship the product back to us within 7 days after receiving the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
    4. Upon receiving the product, we will inspect it. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
  • Exchange Policy:
    If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify your preference when contacting us. Exchanges are subject to availability, and if the desired item is not available, we will offer you a refund.

3. Refunds

We strive to process refunds quickly. Please note the following:

  • Refund Process:
    Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds:
    In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as when the returned item is not in its original condition or is missing parts due to reasons not caused by Covee.in.

  • Non-Refundable Shipping Costs:
    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. If you received free shipping on your original order, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

  • Refund Delays:
    If you have not received your refund within the stated time, first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted. If you have done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at coveee.in@gmail.com.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.

  • Reporting Damaged/Defective Products:
    • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at coveee.in@gmail.com or call 9911262232.
    • Include a clear description of the issue, and attach photos of the damage or defect, if possible.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective:

  • Panties
  • Underwear
  • Other similar intimate wear

Refunds for bras are only available if there is a manufacturing defect or damage. Please inspect your items carefully upon delivery.
